ABOUT OUR GARLIC

Large bulbs of McFadden Farm garlic are woven into braids of several lengths and sizes ... a great kitchen decoration.The standard of quality nationwide, our braids offer a plentiful supply of fresh, delicious garlic along with mouth watering recipes.

Our Garlic products are seasonal and are always sold fresh. They will be available again in the summer of 2008.

We've added a splash of color to our traditional braid and used 15 to 19 large bulbs of garlic bundled together with fresh red chili peppers and a raffia bow to bring you this attractive garlic swag. ABOUT MCFADDEN FARM GARLIC
Garlic was originally braided to extend its useful life...and indeed it does. This garlic, picked in July and August, will be useable until March or April (don't say you'll never be able to use this much garlic by then...of course you can!) Twist off a bulb as needed - start with the bulbs at the top and work down to the bulbs at the bottom of the braid.				You'll find this garlic fresher, bigger, tastier, and easier to use than what you're used to getting in your local supermarket. Hang the braid in your kitchen, preferably not in direct sunlight or over your stove, in as cool a location as you can put it, and still have it to use and look at. Recipe booklet included with braids.
