SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated as follows: $5.00 flat rate per
order, plus 15% of your total order amount.
UPS Ground charge uses above calculation.
For 3-Day Air, an additional $19.95 is added to your shipping
charge.
For 2-Day Air, an additional $34.95 is added to your shipping
charge.

For each additional address that your order is shipped to, the following additional shipping charges apply:
